An apology, a goodbye, and the future of my content
Sorry about my prolongued absence. I took a break from making captions in both here and tumblr a while back, and posted the same "I'm-taking-some-time-off-but-I'll-come-back" message in both. Except, when the time came to start posting again, I did it on tumblr, but the mere thought of having to deal with all of bdsmlr's shit again was exhausting. The shady pop-up ads, the bugs, the images that don't load, the unsalvageable chat...
So I just didn't come back and started posting only tumblr. I figured I would soon gather the will to deal with all this stuff and come back, but week after week I put it off, and to be honest, it felt good not having that stuff on my mind. After a while I sort of settled that I wouldn't be a regular here anymore, but I would at least come back once or twice to post the shitload of captions I made with explicit nudity, that I can't post on tumblr. I would just log in, post them all on the queue and let the final posts run their course. Maybe even change my mind if things were better? It was my plan when I logged in today, but the more I used this website for an hour or so, it was clear that not only things didn't get better, they got worse, to the point where posting all my remaining captions here honestly feels like a waste instead of a goodbye.
So here's where my content will be from now on: a lot of new stuff is already on tumblr, where I will mostly post celeb captions and others without any explicit nudity to avoid the ban hammer. Since the blog is "adult" it requires you logging with an account, and the ban hammer is strict but least it's somewhat predictable, plus the engagament is better, the website overall is still top-notch and the chat works perfectly.
I loved posting here and I wish I had better news, but honestly those last hours using this website again only cemented what I already thought. Thank you all for all the likes, reblogs and comments, and sorry for all the messages I missed or couldn't answer because the chat was almost always terrible.
